NBPCA issues their comment letter to the Federal Reserve on the Proposed Rules for Gift Cards

The NBPCA supports the growth and success of network branded prepaid cards in the marketplace. Our members not only seek to meet consumer product demand, but they also strive to achieve the highest level of consumer satisfaction.

The NBPCA supports the goals of the Federal Reserve Board’s Proposed Rules and respectfully urges the Board to consider all of the comments and suggestions set forth.
